Please Note:

If alcohol is present, no passengers may be under the age of 21. If no alcohol is present, we have no age restrictions. We do not, however, allow pets on board.

– Ice, coolers, music, floatables, all PFDs and a Captain is provided for all trips. Rafts, wakeboards, and kneeboards are included for excitement.

– Plan Your Playlist: While the captain will have music ready, guests are encouraged to bring their own playlists and connect via Bluetooth to personalize the soundtrack for their cruise.

– Consider the Weather: Rowdy’s Wild Rides offers a flexible cancellation policy due to weather conditions. If your trip is canceled because of bad weather, you will receive a gift card for a future booking.

– Bring Essentials: Guests should bring any additional snacks or drinks they wish to enjoy during the cruise. Don’t forget sunscreen and swimwear if you plan to take a dip!

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations greater than 21 days from the day of your scheduled trip will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations 8-20 days from the day of your scheduled trip will be offered to either reschedule or receive a 100% valued gift card with no expiration date and is transferable. Cancellations less than 7 days are not refundable. All no-call, no-shows will not receive a refund, no exceptions! Cancellations caused by weather will receive a 100% valued gift card with no expiration date for the guest to reschedule for a future time, as weather is beyond anyone’s control.
