From welcome parties and bridal brunches to rehearsal dinners and morning mimosas, the buyout gives you total freedom to make the most of your time together. There’s no need to coordinate hotel blocks or shuttle logistics — just walk downstairs and greet your guests like they’re at home.
Starting in 2026, house buyout guests will also enjoy exclusive access to our on-site Willow Spa, an intimate wellness retreat featuring the following:

It was clear there was very thoughtful attention to considering the needs of the group. Then, the mansion and grounds were simply amazing. The best of a well-appointed bed and breakfast (combined with a time-travel machine) that takes you back to the best of an 1880s Greek Revival antebellum mansion. Would love to have the opportunity to visit again!
